The location of the hotel is perfect. 2 minute walk from Union Station for the red and green metro lines and the Al Ghurair shopping mall, which has a large Carrefore, numerous restaurants and a very good food court. We had an Executive Room and this was large with a very comfortable king size bed, plenty of wardrobe space, free safe and tea and coffee facilities. The bathroom had a walk in rainfall shower, plenty of hot water and very good pressure. The rooms were clean and comfortable with housekeeping every day. All in all a wonderful stay.

The personel is amazing! We just booked for an overnight stay as we were in transit between flights, with the breakfast included in the price. We realized eventually that we wouldn't have time for the breakfast, as we had a morning international flight, but the evening shift receptionist arranged so that we would pick up the breakfast "to go" the following morning and we dont skip it (sandwich, omelette and coffee!!)...all this at 6.30am, long before the hotel's breakfast time! A big thanks to the cooks and the rest of the personel as well!!! The rooms are big and clean; good value for money. It's a 10 for the people of the hotel and a good 9 for the level of the hotel.

Despite some bad reviews, I have a lot of good things to say about the hotel. The staff were super kind and helpful. The location was perfect, the room was very quiet. The bed was very comfortable. Yes, the cleanliness wasn’t the best, dust on surfaces and floor, bedsheets and towels stained. But overall I would stay again. I felt very safe and comfortable as a solo traveler.

A Wonderful Stay – Recommended! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property, and it was thoroughly good. One of the standout aspects was the location—convenient and easily accessible to metro station and shops. peaceful enough to enjoy a relaxing stay. The host was exceptionally accommodating and responsive, making sure all my needs were met throughout my stay. The guy at the restaurant was a great person, unfortunately I couldn’t ask for his name Overall, this property exceeded my expectations, and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable stay. I look forward to returning in the future!

The hotel is in a fantastic location, with everything you need just a short walk away - Metro, restaurants, money exchange, Sim card shop, utility shop and even a 24-hr supermarket just a minute away. The staff's friendliness and helpfulness truly stood out, they went made us feel welcome and ensure our stay was comfortable as possible. Really appreciate the effort and hospitality.

The hotel was very clean and the room is spacious (i reserved a double room). the staff are very helpful and kind. the location is great, it is found next to Union Metro Station (5-7 minutes walk), so travelling to other areas is very easy. Also it is situated very near to a bus stop, Mc Donald is nearby and also we got very cheap shops for shopping (10 minutes walk)

The rooms were breath taken I love them, initially I went for 2 nights only, but after my first stay I had to increase my stay cause I couldn't get enough... The rooms are so spacious you could actually run inside plus I love the TV my wife iphone couldn't connect except my Samsung cause it's a Samsung smart TV which gave me a lot of ego over her iphone 😂😂 and reason to love Samsung more 😂😂😂.... Highly recommended 5 star ⭐ rating

Good for the money paid, front staff was chill, and the cleaners always ready to clean or service you, when you meet them on the floor they ask if need cleaning or something else, all very serviceminded. It's located in a very vibrant neighbourhood. It's a immigrant area, so there is alot different food variations, shops and markets. Metro Union Station that is connected to red and green line, are only few meters away and takes you around the city. The room could use a little makeover but it was not bad. My rating is based upon value, for the price i can not complain it was pretty comfortable. Would i come again? Absolutely!

As an almost regular customer I liked the package that includes breakfast so no need to Hussle yourself thinking what to eat buffet offers a variety of food and beverages, staffs were very helpful in terms of checking in and checking out with a smile on their faces working as a professional as always 🫡. Keep it up.
